Privacy at early access.
This notice explains what the Seldonnic early-access form collects, why we collect it, where it is processed, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.
What the form collects
The form collects your work email, first and last name, company, role, team-size range, the software workflow you want to discuss, and your explicit consent to be contacted about the early program.
How the data is used
Seldonnic uses the submitted information to assess fit for the early-access program, understand requested software-delivery workflows, and respond to you. It is not used to invent public customer proof or shared as a sales list.
Processing and delivery
Submissions are validated on Seldonnic's server and sent to Resend, which stores the request as a contact assigned to an early-access segment. If internal lead notifications are enabled, Resend also sends the submitted details to the configured Seldonnic inbox. The browser never receives the Resend API key.
Analytics
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure page usage and performance. The form records only two product events—starting and successfully submitting a request—and does not attach form fields or other personally identifying values to those events.
Retention, access, and deletion
We retain early-access submissions only while evaluating or operating the program, and for no longer than 12 months after our last substantive interaction unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information sooner. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@seldonnic.ai.
